Meet Stacie
Stacie holds a B.S. in Education as well as certifications with ISSA and ACE. She has an extensive background from coaching contest clients to working with beginners. Stacie has been passionate about fitness since early on as a track competitor and college soccer scholarship recipient.

She later found a new love in the weight room which inspired her to step on stage as a competitor earning her pro-card within the natural federations.

Stacie approaches fitness as a lifelong behavior modification where we have continuous improvement. She defines her sessions as challenging with an emphasis on proper form and technique.

Another service Stacie provides for clients is customized workouts and nutrition plans.
Meet Keith
With 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, he has worked with many different clients with different goals.
Ranging from sports-specific strength training, healthy lifestyle maintenance, geriatric mobility, group fitness classes, and fitness contest preparation.
His education is in Exercise Science, Sports Nutrition, and Preventative care of injuries. He holds 3 accredited personal training certifications from ACE, WPA, and S.M.A.R.T.
Keith has experience with all age groups and many specific medical or physical conditions as well as amateur and professional athletes.
He takes pride in treating his clients as he would expect to be treated and customizes their fitness and nutritional programming to achieve their specific goals.
